AmoyDx Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Genotyping Detection Kit

Research-use real-time PCR assay for qualitative detection and genotyping of HPV DNA to support cervical cancer screening, early diagnosis and treatment. It covers 19 high-risk types (16, 18, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 70, 73, 82) and 2 low-risk types (6, 11) in cervical exfoliated cells and urogenital tract secretions. Sensitivity reaches 100 HPV DNA copies per reaction with a 1.5-hour run on Stratagene Mx3000P, ABI 7500, LightCycler 480, SLAN-96S or Rotor-Gene Q; 48 tests per kit.
