COMEN B3 Infant Incubator

The COMEN B3 is a neonatal incubator built for precise, closed-environment thermal care of premature and critically ill infants. It uses a cascade PID control algorithm across 7 sensors (including dual, thin and comfortable skin probes) with a compact data collector, achieving air temperature monitoring accuracy of +/-0.1C, controlling accuracy of +/-0.5C, horizontal temperature uniformity of 0.5C or less, and a pre-warm time of 15 minutes or less; a symmetrical heater with a fine-tuned heat distribution chamber and low air velocity above the mattress help maintain a stable thermal environment. Humidity can reach up to 99% with an accuracy of +/-5% (below 85% humidity), delivered via a transparent, easy-to-disassemble water tank designed to reduce infection risk through easier cleaning. The bed features an electric tilting mechanism controlled via touchscreen, and the access door has a built-in damper to reduce operating noise. A notable safety feature is the built-in apnea rescue system, which uses a breathing sensor to monitor the infant and a vibrator to stimulate the infant's foot when abnormal breathing is detected.
