COMEN X8 Anesthesia Machine

The COMEN X8 is an integrated anesthesia workstation designed to support accurate gas control, stable delivery, ICU-level ventilation support, perioperative lung protection, and smart anesthesia management in a single advanced platform, intended for operating rooms across emergency surgery, elective surgery, painless procedures, and day-surgery settings. It offers ventilation modes including VCV, PCV, PSV/CPAP, SIMV-VC, SIMV-PC, SIMV-PRVC, PRVC, and APRV (Airway Pressure Release Ventilation), along with an Adaptive Minute Ventilation (AMV) mode. Gas delivery is handled by an electronic flowmeter with direct FiO2 and total flow settings, a low-leakage breathing circuit (49.5 ml), fast 1000 Hz sampling response, and an econometer for real-time fresh-gas consumption monitoring. The machine features an 18.5-inch ultra-large capacitive touchscreen with 360-degree rotation, an optional BIS module for anesthesia depth monitoring, a built-in AGSS anesthetic waste-gas absorption system, and negative-pressure suction, plus high-flow oxygen therapy delivery, PEEP-based lung recruitment tools, esophageal pressure monitoring, sigh/inspiratory-hold/expiratory-hold functions, a VT/IBW ideal-tidal-volume calculation tool, and rapid self-tests.
