Super-ARMS EGFR Mutation Detection Kit

High-sensitivity real-time PCR assay based on Super-ARMS technology for qualitative detection of 42 somatic EGFR mutations in exons 18-21. It is designed for both FFPE tumour tissue DNA and circulating tumour DNA from plasma, with sensitivity down to 0.2% compared with 1% for the standard EGFR 29 kit. Runs in 1.5 hours on Stratagene Mx3000P, ABI 7500, LightCycler 480, cobas z 480 and SLAN-96S; 12 tests per kit. Listed with CE and RUO status.
