AmoyDx Super-ARMS ESR1 PCR Kit

Research-use qualitative real-time PCR assay using enhanced Super-ARMS primer and probe design to detect 29 somatic mutations in exons 4-8 of the ESR1 gene in plasma cell-free DNA, suited to liquid biopsy in advanced breast cancer. Limit of detection is 0.2% with 30 ng DNA input and results are available within 5.5 hours, analysed manually or with ARAS software. Compatible with QuantStudio 5 and SLAN-96S; 14 tests per kit.
