AmoyDx KNBM PCR Panel

Research-use real-time PCR panel for colorectal cancer that combines KRAS, NRAS, BRAF and microsatellite instability (MSI) testing from FFPE tissue in one assay. It covers 58 SNVs, including KRAS codons 12, 13, 59, 61, 117 and 146, NRAS codons 12, 13, 59, 61 and 146 and BRAF V600E, with specific genotyping of KRAS G12A/C/D/R/S/V and G13D. Detects mutations at 1% VAF with results in 6 hours and ARAS software interpretation. Compatible with LightCycler 480 II, LightCycler PRO, cobas z 480 and SLAN-96S; 12 tests per kit.
