AmoyDx BRAF Mutation Detection Kit (V2)

Research-use real-time PCR assay for qualitative detection of 7 BRAF V600 mutations (V600E, V600E2, V600K, V600D, V600D2, V600A and V600R) in genomic DNA from tumour tissue. The kit lists each of the seven V600 variants individually, with 1% sensitivity and about 1.5 hours run time. Compatible with Stratagene Mx3000P, SLAN-96S, Rotor-Gene Q and Bio-Rad CFX96; 24 tests per kit.
