AmoyDx EGFR 29 Mutations Detection Kit

Real-time PCR assay for qualitative detection of 29 somatic mutations in exons 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the EGFR gene, used to assess EGFR status in NSCLC and identify patients who may respond to EGFR-TKI therapy. Accepts FFPE tumour tissue and circulating DNA from plasma or serum, with 1% sensitivity and a 1.5-hour run. Compatible with a broad range of instruments including Stratagene Mx3000P, ABI 7300/7500/7900HT/StepOnePlus, LightCycler 480, cobas z480, Bio-Rad CFX96, SLAN-96S and Rotor-Gene Q; supplied as 10 pre-loaded or 24 bulk tests.
