AmoyDx OncoPro Liquid NGS Panel

Research-use liquid biopsy NGS panel for 152 target genes plus MSI status, using circulating cell-free DNA isolated from plasma of anticoagulated peripheral whole blood. All genes are covered for SNVs and InDels, with copy number detection for 6 genes (BRCA1, BRCA2, ERBB2, MET, PIK3CA, PTEN) and fusion detection for 23 genes including ALK, ROS1, RET, NTRK1-3, FGFR1-4 and NRG1. Compatible with Illumina NextSeq 500/550/550Dx (RUO) and NovaSeq 6000.
