AmoyDx Pan Lung Cancer PCR Panel

Real-time PCR panel (PLC Panel) for qualitative detection of 167 hotspot alterations in 11 lung cancer genes, helping clinicians determine multi-gene status in NSCLC. It covers 85 DNA mutations and 82 RNA fusions across EGFR, ALK, ROS1, KRAS, BRAF, HER2, RET, MET and NTRK1/2/3, with results within 1 day. Runs on QuantStudio 5, LightCycler 480 II, cobas z 480, Bio-Rad CFX96 and SLAN-96S; 8 tests per kit. Concordance with a reference NGS assay was shown in the LC-SCRUM-Japan study.
