FFPE tissue supports all variant types, while plasma cfDNA supports SNVs, InDels, fusions and SNPs (CNV and MSI are tissue only). Runs on Illumina NovaSeq 6000, NextSeq 500/550 and Salus Pro; library preparation takes 2 days with about 4 hours hands-on, and sample-to-report about 5 days.
