AmoyDx NTRK Gene Fusions Detection Kit

Real-time PCR assay for qualitative detection of 109 fusions of the NTRK1, NTRK2 and NTRK3 genes (encoding TrkA, TrkB and TrkC) in total RNA extracted from FFPE solid tumour tissue. Supplied as 24 tests and compatible with Stratagene Mx3000P, ABI 7500, QuantStudio 5, LightCycler 480 II and SLAN-96S. No longer shown on the AmoyDx global product pages but still offered through the authorised European distributor.
