AmoyDx Pan Lung Cancer Fusion PCR Panel

Research-use real-time PCR panel for 82 hotspot fusion and splicing alterations in NSCLC: ALK (21), ROS1 (13), RET (16), MET exon 14 skipping (1), NTRK1 (18), NTRK2 (5) and NTRK3 (8). Results can be interpreted with the AmoyDx ARAS software. Compatible with QuantStudio 5, LightCycler 480 II, cobas z 480, Bio-Rad CFX96 and SLAN-96S; 24 tests per kit.
