AmoyDx KRAS Mutation Detection Kit

Real-time PCR assay to assess KRAS mutation status in colorectal cancer, detecting 19 somatic mutations in codons 12, 13, 59, 61, 117 and 146. Uses genomic DNA from FFPE tumour tissue with sensitivity down to 1% and a 1.5-hour run.
