AmoyDx OncoPro Flex NGS Panel

Research-use NGS panel for comprehensive profiling of 152 genes, detecting SNVs, InDels, gene fusions, CNVs and tumour MSI status. It is flexible on sample type, accepting circulating cell-free DNA from plasma as well as genomic DNA from FFPE tissue. Compatible with Illumina NextSeq 500/550, NovaSeq 6000 and Salus Pro; library preparation takes about 5 hours (under 1 hour hands-on) and each kit contains 24 tests.
