CE-marked real-time PCR assay for qualitative detection of 118 hotspot mutations and fusions in 9 NSCLC genes in a single PCR run: EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, NRAS, HER2, PIK3CA, ALK, ROS1 and RET. It uses genomic DNA and total RNA extracted from FFPE tumour tissue, detecting 1% mutations from about 7-14 ng DNA and 450 copies of fusion RNA. Pre-loaded format with 6 tests per kit, available for Stratagene Mx3000P, ABI 7500, LightCycler 480 II/cobas z480 and SLAN-96S.
