AmoyDx IDH1/2 PCR Panel

Research-use qualitative real-time PCR panel detecting 15 mutations in exon 4 of IDH1 and IDH2, including R132H, R140Q and R172K. It is designed for DNA from peripheral blood or bone marrow of acute myeloid leukaemia patients and FFPE tissue from glioma patients, detecting variants down to 1-2% VAF with results within 2.5 hours from DNA. Pre-loaded format with automated interpretation, compatible with SLAN-96S, QuantStudio 5, LightCycler 480 II and cobas z 480; 10 tests per kit.
