Research-use NGS panel based on HANDLE technology for SNVs and InDels in 9 melanoma-related genes: BRAF, CTNNB1, GNA11, GNAQ, HRAS, KIT, KRAS, NRAS and TERT (SNV only for TERT). Uses DNA from FFPE tumour tissue and runs on Illumina iSeq 100, MiSeq, MiSeqDx (RUO mode) and NextSeq 500/550. Library preparation takes 5 hours with 1 hour hands-on and results are available in about 3 days; 24 tests per kit.
