AmoyDx HANDLE OncoPro NGS Panel

Research-use comprehensive genomic profiling NGS assay for solid tumours covering 195 pan-solid-tumour genes in a one-tube DNA and RNA workflow from FFPE tissue. At DNA level it reports SNVs, InDels, copy number alterations, homozygous deletions in 26 key genes including MTAP, MSI and optional HRD status; at RNA level it detects gene fusions and MET exon 14 skipping. It also covers HRR genes linked to approved PARP inhibitors and pharmacogenomic polymorphisms such as DPYD, UGT1A1, CYP2D6, ERCC1 and GSTP1. Runs on Illumina NextSeq 500/550/550Dx and Salus Pro, with under 6 hours library preparation and a 3-day turnaround.
